Job summary

LOT Commercial Property Services is seeking a Part-Time Day Porter in San Diego to keep properties clean, welcoming, and ready for business. The schedule is Thursday 1:00pm–6:00pm and Friday, Saturday & Sunday 1:00pm–7:00pm at 972 W Harbor Dr., San Diego, CA 92101.

You will perform cleaning tasks across indoor and outdoor areas, including restrooms, entrances, and exterior surfaces. Safety procedures apply, and you will report maintenance needs to your supervisor.

Qualifications

• English or Spanish communication skills, written and verbal.
• Familiar with using a mobile device for timekeeping and document review.
• Experience in janitorial, custodial, or porter work preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Keep the property clean and presentable throughout the day.
• Pick up trash and empty receptacles; sweep and wipe surfaces.
• Clean restrooms, high-traffic areas, exteriors, and windowsills.
• Remove debris and inspect property cleanliness; report maintenance needs.
