LOT Commercial Property Services is hiring a part-time Day Porter at our Escondido, CA location. You will help keep properties clean, welcoming, and ready for business, with duties including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and reporting maintenance needs.

The position runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 am to 10:00 am (8 hours weekly). Compensation is $17.75 per hour, with weekly pay. We value reliability, punctuality, and friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• English or Spanish bilingual proficiency (written and spoken).
• Comfortable using a mobile device for timekeeping and review.
• Reliable, punctual and customer-service oriented.
• Physically active and able to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Keep the property clean and presentable throughout the day.
• Pick up trash and empty receptacles.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces; clean restrooms and high-traffic areas.
