Job summary

LOT Commercial Property Services is hiring a part-time Day Porter to keep retail properties clean and welcoming. You’ll work Saturdays and Sundays, 7:00 am to 2:00 pm, at locations in Carlsbad, CA, earning $17.75 per hour with weekly pay and mileage reimbursement.

As the heartbeat of the site, you’ll sweep, mop, empty trash, clean restrooms, and report maintenance needs. You’ll use a mobile device for timekeeping, communicate in English or Spanish, and enjoy a supportive, growth-friendly

Qualifications

• Candidates should be able to communicate in English or Spanish (written and spoken).
• Comfort with using a mobile device for timekeeping and document review.

Responsibilities

• Keep the property clean and presentable throughout the day.
• Pick up trash and empty receptacles.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces.
• Clean restrooms and high-traffic areas.
• Clean exterior doors, windows, and windowsills.
• Remove debris like stickers, gum, spills, and graffiti.
• Walk the property regularly to inspect cleanliness.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to your supervisor.
• Always use required safety equipment.
