LOT Commercial Property Services in San Diego is seeking a Day Porter to keep retail centers clean, welcoming, and ready for business. You’ll be on your feet, outdoors, and part-time during the day, with a focus on high-traffic areas.

Responsibilities include cleaning, trash removal, restrooms, windows, reporting maintenance, and providing friendly customer service. English or Spanish communication is valued, and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English or Spanish.
• Experience in janitorial, custodial, or porter work preferred but not required.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable working independently and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Keep the property clean and presentable throughout the day.
• Pick up trash and empty receptacles.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces.
• Clean restrooms and high‑traffic areas.
• Clean exterior doors, windows, and windowsills.
• Remove debris and report maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Always use required safety equipment.
