LOT Commercial Property Services is seeking a Full-Time Day Porter at 600 W Broadway, San Diego, CA, to keep properties clean and presentable throughout the day. Shift overlaps include Wednesday to Sunday early mornings, outdoors, with a 50 lb lifting allowance.

You will be the friendly face of the property, performing routine cleaning and safety inspections. The role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and customer service in a fast-growing company offering weekly pay and comprehensive health

Qualifications

• English or Spanish communication required (written and spoken).
• Able to use a mobile device for timekeeping and document review.

Responsibilities

• Keep property clean and presentable throughout the day.
• Pick up trash and empty receptacles.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces.
• Clean restrooms and high-traffic areas.
• Clean exterior doors, windows, and windowsills.
• Remove debris like stickers, gum, spills, and graffiti.
• Walk property to inspect cleanliness.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to supervisor.
