Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a Day Porter to perform custodial work at our facility. The role involves cleaning approximately 4,500–5,000 sq ft per hour, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 12 PM. Pay rate is $15.00/hr, part-time, 20 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and at least six months of related experience. English communication skills are required, and safety procedures must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial tasks in a professional manner.
• Clean offices, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairs and other areas.
• Mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and reset spaces to industry standards.
• Ensure safety by using PPE and maintaining clean, organized areas.
• Report safety hazards and structural concerns to supervisor.
• Follow company policies and work with a team to meet deadlines.
