Job summary

Owens Realty Services in Cary, NC is seeking a Day Porter to perform custodial duties across our facilities. You will clean offices, restrooms, floors and common areas to high standards, restock supplies and maintain a safe environment.

Pay rate is $15.00/hr with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM). Prior cleaning experience preferred; high school diploma or GED encouraged. Multiple locations serve a range of commercial properties.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Must be able to communicate in and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Performs custodial tasks in a professional manner to reflect the company's integrity.
• Cleans offices, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways and other areas to a sanitary standard.
• Mops, sweeps and vacuums designated areas including break rooms, offices and common areas.
• Cleans furniture, fixtures, windows, doors and dusts as requested by supervisor.
• Replenishes restroom supplies and maintains clean, stocked facilities.
• Reports safety hazards and uses PPE correctly; follows safety procedures at all times.
