Job summary

USLI in Boise, Idaho, seeks a part-time Customer Service Associate to support insurance agents with calls, emails, and inquiries. You will receive comprehensive training to deliver the USLI Experience—one interaction at a time—and contribute to service excellence.

The role is year-round, part-time (up to 29 hours/week) with a fixed schedule, primarily based in our Boise office and one remote workday per week. Previous CS experience helps, and bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of customer service experience in any industry.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• Comfort using computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to commute to Boise, Idaho office with one remote workday per week.

Responsibilities

• Answer and distribute incoming phone calls while providing friendly and professional assistance to our insurance agents and brokers.
• Actively listen to callers’ needs and respond in a fast and professional manner; occasionally send concise emails as needed.
• Demonstrate a positive and friendly attitude with every interaction.
• Learn and apply foundational insurance concepts through training and hands-on experience.
