Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails and web chats regarding billing and payments for policyholders and representatives
• Pursue insurance education and personal/professional development opportunities
• Research and follow up to resolve issues within service promises
• Document call logs clearly and timely
• Assist callers with non-billing issues and refer to appropriate parties
• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and caring attitude with customers
• Train and coach new team members to support their success
