Job summary

PostNet Lafayette CO is seeking a friendly, dependable Part-Time Customer Service Associate to join our Lafayette team. You will greet customers, process shipments, and assist with mail services in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts are primarily 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM on weekdays with a rotating Saturday schedule. Previous shipping experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, shipping, or customer service is a plus.
• Willingness to learn shipping, mail handling, and print services.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Process shipments with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL.
• Help customers choose shipping options based on cost and speed.
• Package items for safe shipment and manage mail and package records.
• Assist mailbox customers with pickups and transactions.
• Answer phones and respond to customer questions.
