Job summary

PostNet Lafayette CO is seeking a friendly, dependable Part-Time Customer Service Associate to assist customers at the counter in a busy Lafayette location. You will handle shipments, mail processing, and private mailbox services with training provided.

Typical shifts run 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and a rotating Saturday 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with flexibility based on the rotation. Prior shipping experience helps but is not required, and a strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Hours: Approximately 16 to 22 hours per week

About the Position

PostNet is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Customer Service Associate to join our Lafayette team.

This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same. Much of your day will be spent assisting customers at the counter, processing shipments, receiving and sorting mail and packages, and assisting our private mailbox customers.

Most weekday shifts are 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with a rotating Saturday shift from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM at least every other Saturday. The number of weekday shifts will vary based on the Saturday rotation.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, pays attention to details, and likes staying busy. Previous shipping experience is helpful but not required. We provide training on our systems and services.

Preferred Experience

Schedule

• Weekday shifts primarily 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Saturday shifts 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• At least every other Saturday is required
• Additional hours may occasionally be available

Compensation

$18.00 to $21.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Candidates with relevant experience in retail, shipping, mailbox, print, or customer service may qualify for a higher starting rate.
