Job summary

Atlas Credit Company Inc. in Texas is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent service over the phone, handle high volumes of calls, and assist customers with account information and loan applications. You will maintain accurate records and support data entry tasks.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service experience, strong phone communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Provide excellent customer serviceover the phone

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service experience preferred (1+ year)
• Strongphone communication skillsand confidence speaking with customers
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Bilingual (English required, Spanish preferred)
  

Schedule

• 8-hour day shifts
• Monday–Saturday (one weekday off)
• Saturday availability required
