Atlas Credit Company Inc. in Texas is hiring a Customer Service Representative to help customers find financial solutions and provide exceptional service both in the office and in the field.

You will build relationships, assist with loan applications, payments, and account management, handle calls, and maintain accurate records while following cash handling and security procedures. Training is provided; English proficiency required, bilingual English/Spanish a plus; 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable making high-volume calls and handling account collections.
• Friendly, professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field visits.
• English proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full‑time position with 8‑hour shifts
• Primarily Monday–Friday schedule
• Occasional Saturday shifts may be required based on business needs
• Availability to work the last Saturday of every month is required
• Weekday schedules and days off may be adjusted when Saturday shifts are scheduled
