Job summary

Blue Flame Propane, Inc. seeks a part-time Customer Service Representative at our Pewamo Bulk Plant to handle enrollments, cancellations, issue resolutions and customer complaints.

Responsibilities include assisting customers at the counter, processing orders, posting payments daily, reconciling deposits, filing documents, and greeting visitors. Other duties may be assigned by the Director or Office Manager.

Qualifications

• Two years of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Moderate data entry and computer skills required.
• Effective communication skills, friendly, organized, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Handle enrollments, cancellations, issue resolutions, and complaints.
• Assist customers at the counter.
• Fill cylinders (reimbursement for every tank filled).
• Process customer orders.
• Posting payments daily in the computer system.
• Reconcile daily deposits.
• Filing and scanning documents.
• Greet visitors (customers, USPS, FedEx, UPS).
• Other duties as assigned by the Director or Office Manager.
