Job summary

Planet Fitness in Ohio is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional member experiences in a welcoming, judgement-free environment. You will greet members, assist with sign-ups, answer questions, process purchases at the POS, and promote fitness classes.

Ideally you have prior customer service, are at least 18, and can operate a computer and POS system. A reliable commute to the club is required, with a friendly, professional demeanor throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point-of-sale system.
• Promote our fitness instruction classes to active members and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
