Job summary

Culligan is seeking a customer-focused part-time administrator to join our team in Independence, MO. The role runs Monday through Friday, 10a–2p, with an initial pay rate of $18 per hour and a $0.50 raise after a successful training period.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service and multi-line telephone experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from our very important customers.
• Resolve any product or service related issues; follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Schedule deliveries, dispatch service technicians and/or route representatives to customer locations.
• Prepare sales commissions and payroll for final processing at our corporate office (must be proficient in Excel).
• Take payments and maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Handle collection calls and maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments when necessary.
• Prepare and maintain compliance and regulatory reporting (sales reports, month end reporting, etc.)
