Job summary

Hall’s Culligan is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to ensure a positive customer experience. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high satisfaction while using multi-line phones in an office setting.

The role is full-time, primarily Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with possible evenings or weekends. Starting pay ranges from $19–$21 per hour, plus a monthly bonus, and PTO after accrual, with a full benefits package after the intro period.
