Hall's Culligan Water in Independence, KS is seeking a part-time customer service administrator for 10a to 2p, Monday through Friday. The role centers on multi-line phone handling, resolving customer issues, and coordinating with field staff in a service-focused setting.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced team. Starting wage is $18 per hour with a $0.50 raise after training.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls from our very important customers.
• Resolve any product or service related issues; follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Schedule deliveries, dispatch service technicians and/or route representatives to customer locations.
• Prepare sales commissions and payroll for final processing at our corporate office (Excel).
• Take payments and maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Handle collection calls and maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments when necessary.
• Prepare and maintain compliance and regulatory reporting (sales reports, month end reporting, etc.).

This is the perfect career for someone who has worked in a customer focused, administrative role in the service industry. The right person will be have the ability to answer multi-line phones, successful in handling customer issues, and experience communicating with field staff in a service oriented industry.
