Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers find products and solutions for home improvement needs. The role involves greeting customers, answering questions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience in a dynamic retail environment.

You'll work across departments as needed and may assist with stocking, merchandise preparation, and order processing. This on-site position offers opportunities for growth and skill development within Lowe's ecosystem.

Qualifications

6 months experience using a computer for inputting, accessing, or outputting information.
6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
Down stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and supplies.
Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds).
Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
Complete other duties as assigned.
