Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will assist across departments, stock shelves, and support checkout while learning additional store responsibilities.

This part-time role emphasizes flexible schedules, teamwork, and delivering helpful, friendly service to customers throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Six months of computer use including inputting, accessing, or outputting information.
• Six months of experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver excellent service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
