Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Columbus, OH to greet customers, answer questions, and help them find the right home improvement products. You will provide friendly, professional service while supporting store operations and product knowledge across departments.

In this part-time role, you’ll interact with customers, stock and organize merchandise, process orders, and learn new skills through cross-training and the Track to the Trades program.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic retail technology.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help locate and handle merchandise for customers.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
