Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Columbus, MS to welcome customers, answer questions, and help them find home improvement products. You will engage with customers throughout the day, process purchases, and support store operations with a friendly, can‑do attitude.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer and basic retail technology
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Retail and/or customer service experience is a plus
• Bi-lingual skills are preferred and encouraged

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating/products and processing orders
• Stock replenishment and merchandising upkeep
• Participate in cross-training across departments as needed
• Support checkout and seamless customer experience
