Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Springfield, OH to warmly welcome customers and help them find home improvement solutions while delivering knowledgeable service. You will assist with locating merchandise, support loading/stocking, and adapt to department needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use including input, access, modify or output information
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and arithmetic basics
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform duties
• Minimum lifting 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly and professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
