The role may involve loading merchandise and working across departments based on store needs. Ideal candidates have some retail experience, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience using a computer and common retail technology.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and reading/writing.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs with assistance or teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt of merchandise.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
