You’ll interact with customers throughout the day, assist with product selection, and maintain merchandise presentation across departments. The role emphasizes friendly, knowledgeable service, basic computer and retail tech skills, and physical stamina to stand and lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience with computers and basic data handling.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and organization of shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes).
• Guide customers through shopping and checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
