PostNet International Franchise Corporation is seeking an Associate for the Houston location. You will assist customers with shipping, printing, and related services, while operating the POS system and helping customers at the counter.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and ability to work a flexible schedule including some Saturdays. A casual, friendly store environment is offered in Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with shipping, postal, or printing services
• Must be able to work in a team setting

• Process customer sales through the point-of-sale system.
• Center Operations: Opens and closes the center, cash register, and other center systems.
• Sorts and deposits mail in private mailboxes.

PostNet Associate

Under supervision of the Center Owner or Assistant Manager, the Associate is responsible for helping customers with services and products, and operating the point-of-sale system, copiers/printers, rental computers, and other store equipment. Must use independent decision-making skills to help customers and recommend services. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must be available:

Monday - Friday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (flexible morning & afternoon hours)

Saturday: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (every other Saturday)

Physical and Safety Requirement

Must be able to stand behind a sales counter for extended periods of time.

Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
