Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a Part-Time Customer Relations Specialist. You will engage with customers to assess satisfaction with products, services, and sales, using professional communication to capture feedback.

You’ll also keep the in-house tracking system up to date and support a high level of customer care. Ideal candidates can type at least 40 WPM, handle 4–6 hours of phone time daily, and possess basic Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Record and update information in the in-house tracking system.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer feedback data.

MINIMUM 20 HOURS PER WEEK

As a Part-Time Customer Relations Specialist, you will work with new and existing customers to assess their opinion on several different Reynolds and Reynolds products and services. Specialists will use professional communication and interviewing skills to evaluate customer satisfaction with our products, consulting services, sales, as well as overall satisfaction with Reynolds and Reynolds. You will also assist with ensuring all of this information is kept up to date in the in-house tracking system. If you enjoy communicating with others and ensuring customer satisfaction, this is the job for you!

Requirements

• Able to be on the phone 4-6 hours a day


• Basic Microsoft Office skills


• Able to type 40 WPM


• Strong communication skills
