Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage sales at the register, and keep the store clean and stocked. This part-time role requires strong customer service, the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, and reliable communication.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.

Maintain store cleanliness, stock, and merchandise recovery.
Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks.
