Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage sales transactions at the cash register, and help stock shelves while maintaining store cleanliness.

The role requires good communication, the ability to follow instructions, and a willingness to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and meet demands of frequent walking, standing and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
