Job summary

Enterprise Mobility operates the National Car Rental and Alamo brands and is hiring a Customer Experience Representative at Baton Rouge (Louisiana). You will greet customers, explain rental terms, and assist with upgrades and services to ensure a smooth rental experience.

The role requires 18+, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 2 years of customer service or sales. Schedule is Thursday through Sunday 4:00pm–11:00pm with off days Monday–Wednesday. Starting pay is $16.62 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Valid driver's license with limits on violations and accidents in past years; no DUI/DWI in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work Thursday-Sunday 4:00pm-11:00pm with Monday-Wednesday off.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior customer service by communicating rental terms and vehicle features.
• Offer protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and equipment based on customer needs.
• Assist with directions, maps, and local information.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general questions via calls.
• Process callbacks and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
• Assess rental condition upon return and communicate issues to management.
• Pursue on-the-job training and company-sponsored development opportunities.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
