Job summary

Designer Brands in Mentor, IN is seeking a Store Associate to support store management and drive sales. You will model customer experience leader behaviors, assist with daily open/close, inventory tasks, and omni-channel activities while upholding company standards and policies.

You will partner with the leadership team to ensure a positive customer experience, support cashwrap efficiency, participate in merchandise and supply needs, and help train and coach teammates as part of a dynamic store

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-store experience by modeling CEL behaviors and addressing requests with urgency.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience by maintaining store standards and completing open/close tasks.
• Review daily communications and execute planned tasks.
• Participate in inventory activities including freight receipt, product placement, markdowns, and MOOS.
• Support omni activities in-store including Charge/Send and Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS).
• Communicate supply needs to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in training and coaching associates.
