Macy's in Warwick, RI is seeking an At Your Service Center Colleague to deliver a great customer experience during Buy Online Pickup in Store transactions, ringing, returns processing and related duties.

We value flexible team players who can switch between tasks and work various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, with full-time (30+ hours) or part-time (12-24 hours) schedules and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• No education or experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Proficient with point-of-sale technology and devices.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with customers in a friendly and genuine way.
• Recommend products by asking questions to identify needs.
• Offer options and solutions to complete the sale.
• Wrap up the moment to close the customer's shopping journey and celebrate purchases.
• Assist customers in all aspects of the total store experience, including BYOP and curbside pickup.
• Be proficient in all systems needed to complete transactions.
