Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and associates.
• Ability to operate computerized POS register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Handle merchandise returns and process refunds/exchanges.
• Secure firearms with trigger locks as required.
• Assist customers with product questions and buying decisions.
• Promote store programs and memberships (e.g., CLUB, VOC, In-Store Pick-up).
• Maintain a clean, stocked work area and follow company policies.
