Job summary

Bass Pro Shops seeks a Customer Relations Associate to greet customers, provide information, and guide purchases in a friendly, efficient manner. You will handle merchandise, returns, and assist with in-store programs while maintaining clean, well-stocked spaces.

The role emphasizes world-class service, product knowledge, and a positive shopping experience for all guests in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

Minimum High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change.
Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and associates.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.
Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

Greet and acknowledge all customers promptly and politely.
Assist customers in making buying decisions by identifying needs and recommending products.
Handle merchandise returns and complete refund/exchange paperwork.
Keep work area clean, stocked and organized with supplies.
Support programs including CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up.
Follow all company policies and procedures and provide a legendary customer experience.
