Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Customer Relations Associate to greet customers, handle returns, and assist with product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience. The role emphasizes friendly service, accurate POS transactions, and knowledge of hunting and fishing licenses.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area, promoting store programs, and adhering to company policies while delivering a legendary customer experience every time.

Qualifications

• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Handle merchandise returns; complete refund/exchange paperwork.
• Sells Hunting and Fishing Licenses as needed.
• Maintain clean, well stocked work area and follow company policies.
• Provide a legendary customer experience by identifying needs and recommending products.
• Assist with incentive and reward programs and promotions.
