Enterprise is hiring a Part-Time Customer Assistance Representative to deliver high‑quality, face‑to‑face service at our Long Island branch. You’ll assist customers with rental needs, greet guests on arrival, and provide administrative support while learning the local systems through hands‑on training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of college and/or customer service experience combined.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers using prescribed dialogue as they arrive.
• Identify lost and found items and document details for processing.
• Advise on rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Inquire about service and satisfaction; document any dissatisfaction.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and guide customers to complete reports.
• Verify fuel levels and ensure proper handling of vehicle returns.
• Complete service alerts for mechanical or body damage.
• Maintain organized lots for efficient access and traffic flow.
• Understand CDW/Emerald Aisle/Choice processes and related documents.
