Job summary

SP+ is hiring a Curbside Check-in Supervisor to manage the baggage handling operation at an airport facility in North Charleston, SC. The role is outdoor and requires airline compliance training and early/2nd shift coverage, including weekends.

Prior supervisory and customer service experience is preferred, with a focus on safety and excellent passenger service. Shifts start early and run into the afternoon.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to clear a background and drug screen.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the baggage handling operation.
• Ensure passenger needs are met and assist with problems or questions.
• Maintain professional relationships with staff, airline personnel, and airport authorities.
• Exceed customer service standards and carry out other duties as assigned.
