Job summary

NorBella Prior Lake, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, seeks a Culinary Assistant/Server to join our team. This part-time, on-site role supports meal preparation, service, and dining room duties for residents and staff.

Shifts are Part-Time PMs (3:30pm-7pm), with holidays and every other weekend required. Wage ranges from $15.50 to $20.50 per hour, and benefits include paid time off, 401k with company match, and tuition assistance opportunities.

Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents' families, and employees.
• Must possess strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
