Job summary

Valora St. Anthony, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Culinary Assistant/Server to join our growing team. You will help with the preparation, distribution, and supply of meals for residents, families, and staff, contributing to a caring, supportive dining experience.

Located just minutes from Minneapolis and St. Paul, this on-site role offers Part-Time PM shifts (3pm-7:30pm) with wages of $15.50-$20.50 per hour and opportunities for advancement and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident well-being.
• Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
• Annual reviews with wage increases.
