Polar Ridge Senior Living, part of Lifespark Senior Living Community in North St Paul, MN, is seeking a Culinary Assistant/Server. Bring compassion and teamwork to enrich residents’ lives through dining experiences and daily care.

Hours include PM part-time 4pm–7:30pm or full-time 9am–5:30pm or 11am–7pm, with hourly pay from $15.50 to $20.50 depending on experience. Lifespark offers benefits such as PTO, disability and life insurance, a 401k match, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally with residents, families and staff.
• Must possess advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families and staff.
• Set up dining room trays and tables, serve and bus trays, pour beverages, assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to ensure a supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
