Job summary

Arbor Oaks in Andover, MN is seeking a part-time Culinary Assistant/Server to join our Lifespark Senior Living Community team. Shifts available: Part Time AM (7a-2p) with every other weekend rotation. Wage range: $15.50 - $20.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include food prep, serving, bussing trays, and maintaining a clean dining area. The role supports residents and families, contributing to a warm, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally with residents, residents’ families, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff.
• Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays when applicable.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
