Job summary

Boden Senior Living of Coon Rapids, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a part-time Culinary Assistant/Server to join our team at the Minneapolis location. The role supports food preparation, service, and dining operations to enrich resident well-being.

Shifts available: AM 7:30am-11:30am and PM 4pm-7pm. Wage ranges from $15.50 to $20.50 per hour with annual reviews, paid time off, and a 401k plan. Experience in senior living is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents' families, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
