Job summary

Round Lake Senior Living in Arden Hills, MN is seeking a Culinary Server for a part-time AM shift (6a-2p). You will assist in planning, preparing, serving, and delivering meals to residents, families and staff in a warm, respectful environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent; prior senior living experience is preferred, and the ability to relate professionally with residents and families is essential. Wage: $15.50–$20.50 per hour, with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident well-being.
• Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
