Job summary

NorBella Rogers, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Culinary Assistant/Server to join our team in Rogers, MN. This part‑time role supports dining operations for residents, families, and staff in a 40‑unit assisted living setting.

Shifts include AM (7:00–1:30) and PM (3:00–7:00) with a wage of $15.50–$20.50 per hour. We value compassionate, reliable teammates who help create a warm resident experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a senior living setting preferred.
• Ability to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, families, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, distribution, and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff, creating a welcoming environment.
• Set up room trays and tables in the dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays when applicable.
• Deliver nourishment and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape, and wash soiled dishes.
