ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, or ability to obtain within six months.
Minimum of 3 years full-time experience in a commercial kitchen or foodservice setting.

Responsibilities

Teach Culinary Arts courses in accordance with SCTC and state standards.
Develop and deliver lectures and lab-based instruction on food preparation and sanitation.
Assist with annual Culinary Arts fundraising events and program activities.
Supervise students in a commercial kitchen setting and ensure food safety compliance.
Assist with curriculum development, program assessment, recruitment, and student engagement.
