Tarrant County College seeks an Adjunct Instructor in Culinary Arts at the Southeast Campus. The role supports varied schedules and modalities, teaching and assisting students with college resources and technology to promote student success.

Responsibilities include delivering instruction, using the LMS, maintaining attendance, and providing timely feedback. A regionally accredited culinary degree and relevant experience are required; teaching experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Culinary Arts or closely related discipline.
• Three years of related, non-teaching work experience.
• Degree must be from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Preferred: teaching experience and online/dual credit exposure.

Responsabilités

• Teach classes based on varied schedules and modalities (on-campus, online, dual credit).
• Prepare and deliver instruction using the College Master Syllabus and LMS.
• Maintain attendance records and certify enrollments by deadlines.
• Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback.
• Post grades and assist in assessing learning outcomes.
