Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Cross-Functional Representative to support customer service and front-end operations. You will work across multiple departments including packaging, stocking, rotation, production and sanitation to ensure product availability, accurate labeling, and clean, compliant stores.

The role requires at least 6 months of store operations experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to various duties and departments while working autonomously in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in store operations
• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent required
• Knowledge of store computer systems (Symbol, ACR, label machine) and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide general customer service and assist with product selection
• Work across multiple departments including packaging, stocking, rotation, production and sanitation
• Perform stocking, merchandising, and inventory-related tasks with accuracy
• Assist with front-end customer interactions and departmental SOPs across shifts
