Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in H-E-B Store operations.
• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Knowledge of Symbol, ACR, and label machines.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service; answers questions and assists with product selection.
• Uses suggestive selling techniques to meet customer needs and increase sales.
• Performs stocking, rotation, and replenishment across multiple departments.
• Builds and maintains displays and fixtures; supports inventory control.
• Assists with loading/unloading and moving products as needed across departments.
• Gains knowledge of multiple departments and complies with SOPs and policies.
