Job summary

ALLCPR is seeking a part-time Instructors Trainer to deliver American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses and train instructor candidates in a variety of settings including schools, community centers, hospitals, and offices. The role requires current ARC certifications and strong teaching skills.

The Instructor Trainer will prepare sessions, demonstrate techniques, evaluate candidates, and ensure compliance with ARC requirements while offering flexible scheduling and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification.
• American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor Trainer Certification.
• American Red Cross BLS Instructor Trainer Certification — Preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS Instructor Certification — Preferred.
• Other equivalent Instructor Trainer certifications may be considered with bridging path.
• Owner of at least 3 manikin sets for teaching equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level training sessions to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques that comply with American Red Cross requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to help them improve their performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records per American Red Cross requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and compliant with program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with CPR and AED training best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
