Job summary

ALLCPR is seeking an Instructor/Instructor Trainer to deliver American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses and train instructor candidates. The role requires current ARC Instructor certification, strong CPR/AED knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification required.
• Strong CPR/AED knowledge and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective training sessions.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience teaching CPR courses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level training sessions to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate CPR/AED techniques per ARC requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to improve performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress for proficiency.
• Complete course records per ARC requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date with program requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development for CPR/AED best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
